Wemyze is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic remote team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales through phone calls and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Wemyze’s web design and digital marketing services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
  • Effectively explain product offerings, answer questions, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle client objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with web design and digital marketing services is a plus.
